Abstract

In line with the health development strategy to realize a healthy nation by 2025, improving health status is one of the focuses of development in the health sector to create a healthy society, development in the health sector is directed at all levels of society to realize the Vision of Healthy Indonesia 2025. The role of health workers is obliged to facilitate in achievement of that goal. Therefore, an assessment of health problems was carried out which took place from January 25, 2021 to February 9, 2021, which was held in Kemang Indah Village. The purpose of this activity is to analyze or see the picture of public health in Kemang Indah Village in 2021. Based on 272 families that got several problems, namely 1% of families do not have latrines available, 47% of people do not do physical activity at least 30 minutes per day, 17% of people do not consume vegetables and fruit, 64% of people do not have a health check in 6 months, 35% of people still smoke at home, and 72% of people who do not manage stress.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by the dengue virus carried by the aedes aegepty mosquito, is a public health problem that occurs every year and has an impact on people's social and economic lives. Dengue control management plays an important role in early vigilance and prevention of complications. The prevalence of dengue fever in Kampar Regency in 2020 was 271 cases. Thepurpose of the study is toconduct a management analysis of dengue disease control at the Siak Hulu Health Center 1 Kampar Regency. This type of research is analytical qualitative. Informants numbered 5 people. The instrument consists of interview guidelines, observation sheets and related documents, the analysis is carried out by triangulation sources, methods and data. The results showed that the planning variables in dengue disease control management were well implemented as seen in the planning of activity, the human resources, facilities and infrastructure and funding that supported the implementation of DHF disease control management. Implementation variables such as fogging, PSN, counseling, Epidemiological Investigations, have been carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures. The evaluation variable indicates that the program is carried out according to the plan prepared, through good cooperation and is reported regularly to the health office.

Abstract

Work accident is a human error that often occurs in workers. Especially in the welding industry or welding workshops whose work does not escape from dangerous tools and materials. This study was conducted to determine what factors are associated with work accidents in welding workshop workers in Tuah Madani sub-district in 2022. The research design used was a cross-sectional study. The responden were 41 workers from 12 welding workshops in the Tuah Madani sub-district, Pekanbaru city. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysiswith chi-square test. The results showed that 39.% of respondents experienced work accidents, 66.9% of respondents experienced unsafe action, 63.4% of respondents experienced unsafe conditions, 56.1% of respondents were workers with age at risk, 43.9% of respondents had knowledge of not good. From the results of statistical tests using chi-square, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between unsafe action and work accidents, there is a relationship between unsafe conditions and work accidents, and there is a relationship between knowledge and work accidents. This study shows that age does not have a significant relationship with work accidents
